Leadership opportunities for primary aged children offer a range of benefits that contribute to their personal, social, and cognitive development. Here are some of the key advantages:

Opportunities available for Years 1 to 6 include:
Student Council – Promotes independence, leadership and making a difference on school improvement initiatives.
Green Team – Sustainability in preparing for the future of our planet is of the utmost importance to our students and being a class environmental representative gives children an opportunity to put this passion into practice.
Library Monitor – 2 per class. Assisting the school librarian in maintaining an organised and functional school library environment
Leadership Opportunities for Year 6 students
Year 6 Extended opportunities for leadership positions.
Students can apply for a variety of positions if they would like to take on one of the avaiable roles:
Head Boy / Head Girl – a real world scenario whereby students must apply for the role and prepare for an interview with the Principal and SLT and selected accordingly
House Captains - must apply for the position and will be responsible for leading at several House days throughout the year.
Prefects – Digital – must apply for the position and will be involved in various activities related to dgtal literacy.
Prefects – Wellbeing – must apply for the position and will be involved in various student wellbeing activities including organising and running.
